With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he is a graduate of the International College of Graduate Business and Management from the University of Phoenix in Arizona, he has a master's degree in International Management, and a Master's in Business Administration from UANL.

As CTO of Neutral Networks, is responsible for the Engineering, Deployment and Network Operation areas to ensure the availability, quality and reliability of the company's infrastructure. His experience is key to the growth of the metropolitan fiber optic service, and will boost a new offer of connectivity services for the international market.
